The song is a blinding attack on British politics and the electoral farce. It's a song about us the people standing up and no longer acting like the governments of this world are our bosses - the governments and all the mp's, reprasentatives etc and other cronies are our employees - so let's start treating them that way. When they do a shit job they should be sacked. They are answerable to us. So let's have a square go in the houses of parliament!
