02 Academy Glasgow

Cracking gig the other night at the 02 Academy in Glasgow. We only played for 25 minutes and it felt more like 10 minutes but it was great fun and we all had a brilliant night.

O2 Academy, Drums n Hangovers

Hello Friends,
Tom and Ants were attending a wedding on Friday and it seems they had a couple of foaming ales too many or they had a half bottle
hidden in the sporran. As you can imagine, they were more than a bit 'delicate' on the Saturday, so it wasn't great timing that
we were booked to record drums in the studio, me thinks thats the last thing you want to hear with a hangover eh?
I had a ball blasting out the drum parts over and over again while Tom and Ants must have wished they had a gun.
Through the loud noises and the hangovers I'm pleased to report we did manage to get the drums sorted for two tracks.
This week we will be rehearsing for the O2 Academy gig on Saturday, can't wait for that one. I've been to see James (amazing band)
and Deacon Blue (Dougie Vipond is class when he isn't talking about football) there in the last couple of years. I would
say the James gig was the best I've ever been to (apart from all Oswald gigs of course), the place was jumping, great venue.
Make sure you are there on Saturday, Oswald needs you.
